If you know Nick, you know how important sports are to our family. On this page, we'll try to keep you updated on our family sports endeavors.

Hailey is on a basketball team called the Salina Stangs. They participate in MAYB tournaments around Kansas. They are fabulous, and you can see a newspaper clipping on the photos page that tells their record last season was 30-1. Wow! We have been able to see her play in a couple games. Hailey also plays on another team called the Blaze, who are also a great team.

Emerald has played on YMCA teams since she was about 4 years old. If you've never watched 4-5 yr olds play basketball, you need to go check it out, it's quite entertaining!  Emerald is now on a team called the Topeka Mini-Trotters, coached by her dad. The Mini-Trotters MAYB tournaments and local YMCA leagues. Check out www.mini-trotters.net for more team info.
